I am available for funerals across Suffolk and Norfolk.
Over recent years I have experienced the funerals of several family members and friends, and have been disappointed by their often impersonal and routine-like nature. So I decided to train as an Independent Funeral Celebrant and I am now able to draw on my experiences to help and support families to create a funeral ceremony that will be meaningful and memorable to those attending and be a fitting tribute to the person that has died.

I work in a specialist palliative care unit and help people and their families prepare for dying whilst enabling them to live their last days to the full.
From this work I developed an interest in offering personal funerals, which express the uniqueness of the individual and their beliefs around life and death. I love finding out about how people have lived their lives – there is no end to the differences. I have discovered during my professional training with green fuse, that I am well prepared to help grieving families to expand the creative possibilities at a time of great anguish.
